Restoration of a hotel as part of a municipal effort to revitalize the inner city. The hotel had been abandoned for more than 10 years and looked accordingly. Most of the antique front had to be restored and the interior had to be completely rebuild. As the area is prone to inundations during the rainy season, BionicPore has been used to insure preservation of the old structure.
